Resistance Welding - ProSpot i5 Smart Welder
What is Weld Bonding? Weld bonding is a method used for joining metals. It involves the use of resistance welding machines, like the Pro Spot i5 Smart Welder, in combination with a structural adhesive.Our trained auto body technicians are able to weld with precision and accuracy using this resistance welding machine to weld replacement panels to manufacturer specifications. The OEM section of the software features thousands of repair screens with weld data and repair recommendations directly from the car manufactures.

Dents & Scratches
Our technicians use advanced equipment, including the Pro-Spot i5 Smart Welder, to perform dent pulling using a no-hole repair process. Precision hand tools are then used to reshape panels to pre-collision condition, followed by proper surface preparation, priming, and refinishing as needed.
For minor door dings and small dents, Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) may be an option. This method restores the panel without the need for priming or repainting. Ask our estimators whether PDR is suitable for your vehicle.
Our technicians use the Pro-Spot i5 Smart Welder to pull dents with a “no holes” procedure. Then the technicians use specially designed hand tools to repair and reshape metal or panels to pre-collision shape followed by priming and paint.
Minor door dings can be repaired through a process called paintless dent repair eliminating the need to prime and repaint the entire panel. Please call or ask our estimators if paintless dent removal is right for your vehicle.
