Many insurance companies operate Preferred or Direct Repair Programs (DRPs) and may encourage you to use one of those facilities. These shops have agreements with insurers to handle a high volume of repairs, often at negotiated labor rates and under specific program guidelines. While these programs can offer convenience, the repair process and decisions are ultimately influenced by the insurer’s priorities.
At Collision Plus Performance, we do not participate in any Preferred or Direct Repair Program. Our loyalty is to you, the vehicle owner and not the insurance company.
